Seth Bernstein, Principal

A resident of Atlanta for almost 30 years, Seth Bernstein brings his tremendous professional experience and a detailed knowledge of the Atlanta real estate market to a new home, as a founding partner and associate broker at Camden Commercial Real Estate.

Seth graduated from Vanderbilt University in Nashville with honors. After working on various entrepreneurial ventures in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, Seth returned to Atlanta where he founded The Mainland Company (www.mainlandcompany.net), a commercial real estate and outdoor media development company with Camden partner Andy Perkel. The Mainland Company has undertaken a wide variety of projects as a principal including land development, residential construction, commercial investment syndication, and the repositioning of distressed apartment complexes and shopping centers. The Mainland Company is headquartered in Atlanta and currently has active projects in Georgia, Nevada, Florida, California, Alabama and Colorado.

Seth stays active in the community through volunteer work with the Shepherd Center, a catastrophic care hospital, Prevent Blindness Georgia, The Anti-Defamation League, and The Atlanta Jewish Federation. Seth enjoys international travel and alpine sports during his free time and looks forward to future real estate ventures abroad.

Seth holds Georgia, Colorado, and California real estate brokerage licenses.
