Kim Brown

Joining the Camden Real Estate team in February 2006, Kim Brown brings a wealth of business knowledge and global experience to the organization.

Though born in Bermuda, Ms. Brown spent her early childhood in Hong Kong, as her father’s involvement in the Reynold’s Metals Company led the family to locations around the world. Following the family’s relocation to Atlanta in 1980, she attended Georgia Tech, and later The Portfolio Center, where she studied graphic design.

Upon completion of her studies, Brown began a career in advertising with local agency Gordon Bailey and Associates. Later, a thirst for business knowledge, on all levels, found her climbing the chain of command of Longhorn Steakhouse from the role of server to a position in its corporate office. Here, she served as development coordinator for new store locations and in new lease negotiations.

Ms. Brown’s knowledge of the inner-workings of corporate business is complimented by her experience as an independent business owner. As owner and operator of Buckhead’s Urban Frontier, Brown grew to appreciate the relationship a privately-owned business shares with its community. Each impacts the other, for better or worse. It is this concern for the neighborhood, and its people, that drives Ms. Brown’s approach to the business of real estate development.

It is this shared vision that makes Kim Brown an appropriate addition to the Camden Commercial Real Estate family.

An avid yoga practitioner and tennis player, Kim Brown lives in Atlanta’s Morningside with her husband David and son Robert.
